Transport management — bookings to claims, on one timeline. The single timeline an importer's logistics team can actually run their week from.
What it does
-
Shipments & bookings
Sea, road, rail, air — one ledger. ETD/ETA, B/L, container numbers, MRN, customs status, and exceptions in one row per shipment.
-
Carrier contracts
Per-lane negotiated rates, surcharges, free-time terms — versioned. Reconcile invoices against contracted terms automatically.
-
MRN & customs tracking
Movement reference number lifecycle from declaration to clearance. Status changes pushed to your operations channel.
-
Demurrage & detention clocks
Free-time countdown per container, per carrier, per port. Threshold alerts before charges accrue, not after.
-
Claims workflow
Damage, shortage, delay, demurrage disputes — evidence trail, supplier notification, recovery tracking from one place.
-
Lane & carrier performance
Transit time variance, on-time-in-full rate, claims rate per carrier per lane. The numbers you need at renewal time.
Why it exists
Importer logistics teams live in a stack of inboxes, spreadsheets, carrier portals, and broker emails. Each shipment generates a paper trail across five systems and zero of them tell you what's actually happening on Tuesday afternoon when a vessel slipped, a container hit the quay, and the free-time clock just started ticking.
Flow's premise is straightforward: one timeline per shipment, one ledger per carrier, one queue for the exceptions you have to act on this week.
Flow is currently in preview. Watch the mockups, talk to us about your workflow, and we'll wire your carrier feeds in when GA ships.
